More than thirty years ago, a group of innovative students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) made the transition from academics to business to help found Aspen Technology and change the world of process optimization. AspenTech continues to work with the leading universities around the world through our university recruitment program.

The university graduates represent the next generation of AspenTech experts — high-potential technical and business talent who will learn from and complement our highly experienced teams, which include a wide range of roles.
